Bolt connection system HSK
The CONTA-CLIP HSK stud terminal program of the latest generation offers secure connections for all applications in which energy is transmitted. Depending on the conductor cross-section, stud terminals with M5 to M12 threaded bolts can be used. The rated current ranges from 76 amps to 269 amps at a rated voltage of up to 1000 V. The connection range extends from 0.2 mm² to 120 mm². The conductors are placed on the threaded bolt with crimped cable lugs and securely connected by tightening the hexagon nut. A low voltage drop and self-extinguishing material of fire protection class V-0 (UL 94) ensure maximum safety. The stud terminals can be mounted on TS 35 mounting rail and can be adapted to a wide range of applications with accessories such as TW partitions and AD covers. In addition to user-friendly handling, the products feature a novel, cost-optimized range of accessories that reduces inventory costs and assembly time.
