Bolt connection system HSKG
The CONTA-CLIP stud terminal program of the latest generation offers secure connections for all applications where energy is transmitted. Depending on the conductor cross-section, the HSKG stud terminals can be used with M6, M8, M10, M12 and M16 threaded studs. The rated current ranges from 125 amps to 520 amps at a rated voltage of up to 1000 V. The connection range extends from 2.5 mm² to 300 mm². The conductors are laid on the threaded bolt with crimped cable lugs and securely connected to the busbar by tightening the hexagon nut. A low voltage drop and self-extinguishing material of fire protection class V-0 (UL 94) ensure maximum safety. The HSKG stud terminals, in combination with the ADH hinged covers, offer a high level of contact protection and finger safety. The ADH cover is easy to install and locks securely into the side walls of the stud terminals when closed. This ensures fast and reliable contact protection of the terminal points at all times.
